Cafe Americano Roseville

As a team we use our unique skills to get more customers to your business through strategic marketing, but once the customer shows up it’s your responsibility to keep them happy.  In this blog post I wanted to highlight a company that has outstanding service and amazing food.

I first heard about Cafe Americano in Roseville from several friends and family members, so I thought I would give it a try.  Our first experience was so incredible we have been back several times.  Let me tell you why. 

Customer friendly service is very important to me and they absolutely nail that with friendly staff greeting you with a smile. They make you feel welcomed because they acknowledge you and show they are happy to see you.  This is extremely important for any business to get right.

As a mom who enjoys dining out with family it is very important to me that the waiter acknowledges my children with me.  Any place that fails to do that is a place I do not go back to.  Cafe Americano has consistently made me feel welcome with my kids and has always made my kids feel welcome, even if they are antsy.  The greeting with a smile and acknowledging my children has been refreshing.

Another important area for me is cleanliness.  No one likes going to a restaurant that is not clean.  Cafe Americano has a very clean restaurant along with their restrooms. I always feel comfortable taking my kids into the restroom because it is amazingly clean.  If the saying, “cleanliness is next to godliness” then this place is holy!

This place has it all, the food is great, the coffee is my favorite (Peet’s), they are friendly, provide amazing service, acknowledge my kids and are clean.  What more could you ask for? We ask one thing, go try this place.  Seriously, try it.

Please know that Cafe Americano is not a client of ours, we have never provided any marketing services for them, and we are not trying to.  We honestly want to write blog posts about amazing small businesses because they need the support of the community to survive. Our goal is to highlight small businesses that we find amazing just because we care.
